INTERIOR
Luminous single floor that is distributed on two levels divided by a staircase that gives access to the kitchen areas, living room and bedrooms. The open island kitchen and dining table are next to each other so its very practical. The living room is also very large and there are nooks and crannies with plants and trees that make it seem like you are surrounded by nature all the time. Marble floors and stone walls, an exquisite design combined with a minimalist decoration.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The incredible villa has 5 bedrooms in total so its capacity is for 10 people. Large closets in each of them plus heating and centralised air conditioning.
The master suite has a large bathtub incorporated into the room in addition to the en suite bathroom.
The other bedrooms have double very comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom with rain showers.
EXTERIOR
Spacious and beautiful exteriors. Terraces with sun loungers and sofas. Chill-out areas, lots of fresh grass and vegetation makes this villa a very suitable property for children and families who want to have outdoor space to play and enjoy the good weather. A large swimming pool at ground level and with a very modernist design.
