Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

• Up to 20 weeks before check-in: 90% refund of total rent.
• Up to 15 weeks before check-in: 50% refund.
• Up to 8 weeks before check-in: 25% refund.
• Less than 8 weeks before check-in: No refund.

Modifications:

• Changes requested 6 weeks before arrival: 25% penalty of total rent.
• Changes 4 weeks before arrival: 50% penalty.
• Changes 2 weeks before arrival: 100% penalty.

All reservation modifications will be treated as new bookings, subject to updated prices, availability, and terms at the time of the change.

No-show or Early Departure: The full amount of the rental will be charged as a penalty.

Final Confirmation: The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and the signed agreement. After confirmation, no refunds will be issued in case of tenant cancellation.

Landlord Cancellation: If the cancellation is initiated by the landlord, a full refund will be issued to the tenant.
